Product Description:
Refined fish oil refers to the fish internal lipid which is rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexenoic acid). The general fish contains little EPA and DHA, only in cold and deep sea fishes, like anchovy, salmon, sardine, etc, that are all rich in EPA and DHA , but any other animals which are living in land hardly contain EPA and DHA. It is the reason why we use the deep sea fishes to refine the EPA and DHA.
Function:
Fish oil is known for its numerous health benefits. The omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil, particularly EPA and DHA, have been extensively studied for their potential to support heart health, joint function, brain function, and overall inflammation balance. EPA and DHA are considered essential fats, meaning they are necessary for the body's proper functioning but cannot be produced in sufficient quantities by the body itself. Therefore, supplementing with fish oil can help bridge this gap and provide the body with the necessary omega-3 fatty acids it needs to maintain optimal health.
